Hiroko Tsugawa brings more than 17 years of accounting experience to her Accountant III role at eeCPA.

Hiroko specializes in managing special projects, including government agency audits, business licensing, both commercial and residential property management, due diligence for business acquisitions and business sales. She also navigates various nuanced accounting tasks, such as new business accounting system setup and optimizing accounting processes and procedures.

Hiroko serves as a mentor to junior accountants, providing them with valuable insights to enhance their comprehension of the field and the accounts they are handling. Her guidance and expertise have proven invaluable.

Hiroko is bilingual and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Lesley College.

Outside of eeCPA, Hiroko serves as a Board Member and Co-treasurer of a local figure skating club, where she enjoys watching her daughter skate and compete. She also designs and sews figure-skating costumes for her daughter’s competitions.
